1. What makes All The Colours paints special?

All The Colours paints are specially designed for kids, offering vibrant colors and high-quality materials to unleash their creativity. Our top-selling product, "The Grande Painter's Parcel," provides almost two liters of paint, high-quality paper, and a soft-tip paint brush, giving young artists everything they need to explore and express themselves.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We typically process orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

3. What are the shipping rates and estimates?

We offer a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping Australia-wide. Alternatively, you can choose express shipping for a flat fee of $20. For international shipping rates, please email us at contact@allthecolours.com.au.

4. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. What is your return policy?

We are so confident your little ones will love our products that we have a 30-day money back guarantee! Though it hasn't happened yet, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund you the purchase amount, minus shipping fees. 6. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@allthecolours.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a satisfactory solution.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

8. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Our standard shipping carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you would like to place an order with a P.O. box delivery address, please email us at contact@allthecolours.com.au.

9. Do your paints wash out of clothes?

Our paints are poster paints, not 'washable' toddler paints. This means they are more pigmented which makes them more vibrant, but it also means you need to wear appropriate clothes and cover working areas when painting.

Here at ATC we call our paints "forgiving", because while they're not technically washable, we're yet to encounter a stain we couldn't get out when cleaned quickly. To clean, use warm soapy water as soon as possible. Our testing indicates staining is likely to occur only when paint is left to dry.

10. What other stuff should I know as the adult here?

Adult supervision is recommended. Not recommended for children under 3 years. Do not ingest paint. If paint comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. If irritation persists seek medical attention.

Our non-toxic poster paint is independently lab tested to ensure it meets our strict quality standards.
