Gift #15 – Noughts & Crosses

With your All The Colours paint already on hand, you’ll need:

1. Marble Look Tray - This one is $12 from Big W
2. Air Dry Clay - We used some scraps from an old project!
3. Craft Glue 
4. Toilet roll or small round cutter

This gift idea all started when we found the cutest marble look square tray at Big W - hope you love this one as much as we do!

Step 1 

Grab a small amount of air dry clay and roll it flat until it's about 1cm in thickness. 

Step 2

Use your toilet roll or any small circle cutter to make 9 circles. Smooth the edges and surface with a little bit of water. Leave the clay discs to completely dry - we left ours overnight.

Step 3 

When dry, grab out your All The Colours paints. Your little one needs to make five crosses and four noughts. 

Step 4 

We colour coded ours and used a cotton tip to add some extra decorations! When the paint has dried, mix one quarter craft glue with three quarters water and cover each disc. This will prevent the paint scratching off over time.

And you're done! This is just perfect for the coffee table of someone you love. It's a trendy take on a classic game.
