Gift #9 – Pretty Pillar Candles

With your All The Colours paint already on hand, you’ll need:

1. Pillar Candle - $5 from Target Aus
2. Masking Tape - $3 (any brand)

Total Spend - $8

* Optional - You may wish to use a Candle / Glass Paint Medium to make the paint still even better to the candle. Google this - you'll find them at art stores and shops like Lincraft.

This gift super simple and loads of fun! This is a three step project - ideal for anyone low on time!

Step 1

Give the candle a good wipe down to remove any residue, then use the masking tape to create stripes.

Step 2 

Paint in between the masking tape lines. We chose to alternate between our red and pink ATC paints.

Step 3

Once completely dry (I would leave overnight as the paint easily comes off with  the the smallest touch until 100% dry), remove the masking tape. And you're done!

Make a series of these, or just pop a ribbon around it and it's ready to gift!
